Maple-Fleur de Sel Caramel
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup butter
¾ cup brown sugar or maple sugar
½ cup of amber maple syrup Domaine du Grand Reed
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 pinches fleur de sel (or sea salt)

STEPS ​
Melt the butter over medium-high heat.
Add brown sugar and maple syrup.
When the mixture is homogeneous, add the condensed milk, bring to a boil.
Simmer 5 to 7 minutes until thick and golden, stirring constantly.
The caramel can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for 4-5 days.
