Poutine with apples and maple-fleur de sel caramel
For 4 people

INGREDIENTS:
2 crisp apples, well washed and cut into matchsticks
250g butter
¼ tsp. cinnamon
60ml rum
¼ cup mascarpone or ricotta cheese
1 cup of Caramel Maple-Fleur de Sel

STEPS :

In a medium saucepan, melt the butter.

Add the apple sticks and sauté for 2 minutes.

Deglaze the pan with the rum, let reduce for 1 or 2 minutes.

Place the apples in 4 ramekins, positioning them so as to give the illusion of fries.

Add the mascarpoune or ricotta cheese.
-
Drizzle with Maple-Fleur de Sel Caramel.
