Domaine Vinaigrette

INGREDIENTS

100ml olive oil

50 ml of Domaine du Grand Reed maple vinegar

15ml orange juice

10ml dijon mustard

1 clove garlic, finely chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

STEPS ​

  1. In a jar, mix all the ingredients together.

  2. When ready to serve, shake vigorously to obtain a homogeneous mixture.

  3. Serve the vinaigrette to your guests so that they take care to put the desired amount on their salad.
