100ml olive oil
50 ml of Domaine du Grand Reed maple vinegar
15ml orange juice
10ml dijon mustard
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
In a jar, mix all the ingredients together.
When ready to serve, shake vigorously to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
