Honey Cheesecake
INGREDIENTS:
2 lbs of cream cheese
2/3 cup of honey
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
STEPS:
Allow the ingredients to reach room temperature.
Beat the cream cheese until it has a creamy and fluffy texture.
Stir in the honey and vanilla, then add the eggs.
Pour the mixture into a 9-inch springform pan that has been greased and floured. Place the pan in a hot water bath.
Bake at 350°F until set (about 1 1/2 hours). Remove from the water bath and let cool on a wire rack overnight before serving.
